In 2014, Greig was awarded ‘New Zealand Personal Trainer of the Year’ by Exercise New Zealand. Greig consults with many organisations on health & wellness initiatives, develops forward-thinking & engaging strategies and manages medium to long term programmes when required. Greig still manages a small number of referrals, ensures people are assessed thoroughly and ensures that they get the best possible service provision with a great team behind him.
Carl has been in the health and fitness industry for 10 years. As well as specialising in exercise and conditioning, Carl has a strong focus on wellbeing, employing a holistic approach to his exercise programming.
